WHATS NEW:

In collaboration with RAIN of Central Missouri, we are now providing free HCV testing. Free testing is offered to people without insurance and at least 1 risk factor for HCV. For those who are positive we will follow up with a viral load and genotype test. We will also assist them in receiving treatment, all lab tests, and in many cases Dr’s visits. ACTIVITIES:

Develop and maintain support groups throughout Mid-Missouri.
Provide public education to increase awareness of Hepatitis C.
Health fairs and presentations to the Recovery Network, various drug and alcohol facilities.
School district presentations bringing education into the area schools.
Assist Mid Missourians with questions about Hepatitis and others needing help with their battle with Hep C are served by this small organization.
Seek patient referrals from most of the mid Missouri Gastroenterologists, Family Practice Physicians, and area Health Departments
